How It Works

We provide end-to-end digital advertising management for magazine publishers, handling ad setup, campaign execution, inventory optimization, and performance reporting to help you maximize revenue from your website traffic.

 

Onboarding

Sign up and we’ll schedule a kickoff call. We review your current ad inventory (websites, sections, pages) and your roster of print advertisers. Together we define placements on your site (e.g. sponsorship banners, sidebar ads, ROS spots).

Ad Infrastructure Setup

Our tech team configures your ad server (or lightweight ad tags), creates ad units, and builds placeholders. We integrate with your site so ads can load smoothly.

Launch Campaigns

Each month we create and launch new campaigns for your advertisers. You send us the creatives (or we help design them) and target placements. We set flight dates and budgets as directed by your sales team, then deploy the ads on schedule.

Optimize & Rotate

Once live, we monitor every ad – rotating ads on ROS units so all clients get exposure, adjusting pacing, and refreshing creative. If any campaign under-delivers, we tweak targeting or schedules. Meanwhile, unsold impressions are seamlessly filled with AdSense or other network inventory to ensure maximum fill and revenue.

Reporting & Support

At month-end (and on request), we send a report of campaign metrics. Your sales team and clients see exactly where ads ran and how they performed. And throughout the process, we’re on Slack to answer questions or make real-time updates, so you have direct access to our support.
